Code of Conduct
1. Members will be both professional and ethical on all occasions when providing clients with their services.
2. They will engage in honest legal business practice, adhering to the laws regarding any licences or insurance required for their particular business.
3. Should a dispute arise between a member and a client, the member will ensure that such dispute is settled without delay and in a professional manner.
4. Members will communicate with clients regarding the service offered and provide them with written contracts clearly stating the terms and conditions of their services. Any cancellation fees must also be stated clearly.
5. Members will arrive at functions punctually, and appropriately dressed for the occasion.
